Betty Ann Neumann, 75, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2015 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Born in Bucyrus, OH, Betty's first passion was her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was also an avid gardener and loved being outside. She was a member of Roanoke Baptist Church where she taught art and was involved in many aspects. She also volunteered at Botanical Gardens. Surviving are her husband, Roderick "Rod" Neumann of Fort Wayne; daughter, Michele (Robert) Pruitt of Coloma, MI; son, Michael (Tina) Neumann of Ossian, IN; son, Mitchell (Danyelle) Neumann of Carrollton, OH; grandchildren: Monica (Daniel) McMurray, Rebekah Pruitt, Nickolas Neumann, Katie Neumann, Bobbi (Moses) Henry, Megan Neumann, Erika (Matthew) Cruff, Bria Neumann, Hannah Neumann, Charity Neumann, and Mitch Neumann; great-grandchildren: Colton, Isaiah, and Mackynzie McMurray, Mathias Cruff and Treyton Neumann; brother, Bruce (Pearl) Ryland of Leesburg, FL; sister-in-law, Jeaness Ryland of Bucyrus, OH; sister-in-law, Pat Ryland of Bucyrus, OH; brother-in-law Jeff Turner of Bucyrus, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur J. and Kathryn L. Ryland; brothers: Artie and Larry Ryland; and sister Kathy Turner. Funeral Service is at 11:30 am, Thursday, April 2, 2015 at Roanoke Baptist Church, 11015 Lafayette Center Rd with calling from 9:30 am - 11:30 am. Pastors Michael Tarr and Robert Pruitt officiating.
